Unlike traditional scanner utilities, onlinescanner.in is designed to process all user data locally. We do not maintain remote cloud servers for storing, processing, or parsing your images or scanned documents.

All operations (image perspective correction, Magic filters, and PDF compiles) occur inside your local browser sandboxed engine. Your files never touch our servers—guaranteeing complete immunity against cloud database hacks or leaks.

2. Local Storage Sandbox

When you save a document in the app, the scanned pages are compiled and cached inside your browser's local sandbox storage engine.

• We cannot view, access, or fetch your locally cached records.
• You maintain total sovereignty over your local database. Clearing your browser data or application history will safely remove these local copies from your device.

3. Analytics & Cookies

We do not deploy invasive third-party analytical trackers that record individual user interactions or details of files scanned. Our platform collects only minimal, non-identifiable browser telemetry to optimize service worker versioning and PWA assets.
